Move View to Bottom of Stack

In one sentence: Renders the selected view beneath all other overlapping views on the page.

Workbench: TechDraw
Menu: TechDraw → Stacking → Move View to Bottom of Stack

Sends the selected view to the bottom of the z-order so all other overlapping views render on top of it. Stacking does not affect the 3-D model.
